We are a major supplier in providing staff to all Aged Care facilities in WA. We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Aged Care Chefs to work on a regular and casual basis. We have shifts available in the mornings and afternoons from Monday through to Sunday.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparing food with the understanding of texturizing, vitamising & dietary requirements
• Preparing and producing bulk daily meals
• Safe Food Handling
• Adhering to safety policies and procedures
• Organisational ability including time management & task prioritisation
• Attention to detail

Essentials:

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• Must have or be able to obtain a National Police Clearance
• Excellent communication skills and presentation
• Chef Experience within an Aged care facility
• Influenza Vaccine is mandatory
• Must have own reliable transport
