Flexi Staff is currently seeking qualified and experienced Aged Care Community Care workers for immediate start with regular and rostered casual work in various Southwest locations.

Duties:

• Assisting residents with feeding, showering, and dressing
• Operating hoists/lifts if required
• Housekeeping duties
• Social activities
• Ensuring residents needs are met in a timely manner

Criteria:

• Certificate III in Aged Care
• Influenza vaccination
• Coronavirus full vaccinations

• Current police – valid within 3 months
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable vehicle with full comprehensive insurance
• Medical competency certificate (desirable)
