The Role:

PCA involving:

• Transferring patients in wheelchairs and hospitals beds within the Hospital
• Patient assist in various wards
• Refilling & restocking – toiletries, staff rooms, kitchens, trolleys, tilts, change rooms, patient rooms
• Cleaning storerooms of rubbish, empty Linen and rubbish bins
• Clean and change pillows and bedding
• Check oxygen bottles and reporting

Experience – Qualifications essential

• Certificate III in Health Services or Equivalent
• Must have previous experience within the healthcare sector.
• Own car and licence
• Current police clearance – valid within 12 months
• Must have influenza vaccine and covid vaccine
• Hand hygiene certificate
• Manual handling
