Groundskeeper/Horticulturalist

Great opportunity for an experienced Landscape Labourer/Groundskeeper to further their career within the Local government and Private contracting sectors who strive to adhere to the following values.

The Role:

• Regular ground maintenance of various turf types in residential and commercial environments including but not limited to
• Golf courses
• Sports ovals
• Parks and Reserves
• Installation and maintenance of reticulation services
• General garden maintenance, mulching and trimming native flora
• Use of ride on mowers and small plant equipment such as:
• Brush cutters
• Whipper snippers
• Blowers
• Hedgers & Edgers
• Working efficiently whilst keeping a focus on your health and safety

Criteria:

• White card
• Valid driver’s licence (HR desirable)
• Experience within council parks and gardens or golf course maintenance
• Experience in the use of Ride on Mowers and Landscape Labouring
• Certificate III in Horticulture (desirable)
• Reliable transport
