• $32 – $34 PH + DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a school Grounds Person and Handyman to join a historic school, located on the banks of the Swan River, to commence immediately in an ongoing role.

Duties:

• Clearing of rubbish and debris from school grounds and paths
• Maintenance of grounds; use of whipper snippers, trimmers, hedgers and brush cutters
• Operating push and ride on mowers
• Garden maintenance including; planting, mulching, weeding and pruning
• Minor repairs to school buildings; patching, painting, installation of furniture some basic plumbing and electrical works

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience in a grounds person or handyman type role
• Working With Children’s Check
• White Card
• National Police Clearance – or ability to obtain
