The Role:

Maintenance Coordinator involving:

• Lead, manage, and develop the maintenance team, ensuring alignment with goals.
• Maintenance of all onsite plant, equipment, fixtures & fitting to Australian Standards
• Coordinates emergency / after hours maintenance requirements.
• Monitor progress of maintenance requests to ensure timely completion
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and high performance within the team.
• Communicating and interacting with site visitors and residents

Experience – Qualifications essential

• Experience in a similar lead role min 2 years
• Confident use of different software and mobile devices
• Covid vaccinations x3
• Current Flu Vaccination
• National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
• Trade qualification (highly desirable)
• Own car and licence
