PARKS & GARDENS LABOURER + TOWN MAINTENANCE OFFICER

Great opportunity for an experienced Landscape Labourer/Horticulturalist to further their career within the Local Government sectors who strive to adhere to the following values.

The Role:

• General garden maintenance, planting, mulching and trimming of native flora & weeds
• Turf management & maintenance
• Use of ride on mowers and small plant equipment such as
• Brush cutters
• Chainsaws
• Whipper snippers
• Blowers
• Hedgers & Edgers
• Working efficiently whilst keeping a focus on your health and safety

Criteria:

• White card
• Minimum 6 month’s experience within a landscaping role
• Valid driver’s licence (MR desirable)
• Experience in the use of Ride on Mowers (desirable)
• Certificate III in Horticulture (desirable)
• Hold a current National Police Certificate
• Pass a Drug & Alcohol + Physically fit
