The Role

Civil Construction Operator and Team Leader:

• Working on Council infrastructure, including maintaining and constructing; roadworks, footpaths, kerbing and storm water drainage systems
• Operation of various large mobile plant; water carts, rollers, loaders, excavators, skid steers etc
• Asphalt / concrete work
• Read and understand plans, conducting surveying and locating of services
• A proactive approach to motivate and lead crew’s
• Associated general labouring duties

Experience – Qualifications essential

• Experience in a similar role min 2 years
• HR Licence
• Excavator ticket
• Front end loader ticket
• Skid steer loader ticket
• Roller ticket
• Cert 3 civil construction – desirable
• Traffic management ticket
• National Police Clearance
• Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol test
